The accommodation
The cottage sleeps 4 people comprising 1 double Bedroom and 1 small twin-bedded room.
Ground Floor:
Sitting room, with wood burning stove, two seater sofa and coffee tables. Colour digital Television and DVD player.
Kitchen, well equipped and fully fitted with electric cooker, and refrigerator. An electric cook pot is also provided.
Dining room, with table and chairs, storage cupboard
Shower room, with modern large walk in shower, vanity wash-hand basin with electric shaving facilites, toilet with self-closing lid. Heated towel rail.
Lobby, with space for your coats and outdoor shoes, rear door to garden.
First Floor:
Stairs from the dining room lead to:
Bedroom 1, with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, full size mirror and hanging rails.
Bedroom 2, with twin beds.
Garden: The enclosed garden has a patio area and small lawn with raised flower beds. It is secluded and overlooks farmland to the rear.
Parking: Private off road parking is provided within a small orchard at the entrance to the Loke.
Heating: Multifuel burning stove to the sitting room and electric heaters to all other rooms. The cottage is fully insulated providing cosy accommodation even during the winter months.
Pets: There is a no pet policy at Greyladies.
Notes: Smoking isn't permitted
